What payment schedule is in place?
You can order through our secure online shops. Cash payments can be paid upon completion of work/delivery or we can send you a secure invoice through email were you can pay by debit/credit card.
Bulk orders of doors may be subject to an advanced payment request.
All payments must be received within 24 hours after work has been completed.
Do you offer a supply only service?
No, We offer a supply and fitting service only.
I have bought joinery products elsewhere can you fit them?
Yes, We would be happy to quote for fitting only.
Do you offer a measuring service and for what cost?
Yes, We offer a measuring service in the EH post code areas free of charge.
Do you have business insurance?
KG Joinery Services has both employer and public liability insurance. Our policy details can be viewed via the link which can be found on our homepage.
How do i place an order?
Orders can be placed online or by contacting a member of the team. Please visit our contact page for details.
If i change my mind can i cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled although a sub charge will occur for any refund requested. This charge will be deducted from the refund balance.
How long will it take to complete door fitting?
As with many joinery projects problems can occur which can increase fitting times although a basic internal door can usually be fitted within 1hr. External doors usually take 2 - 3 hours depending on ironmongery choices.
Door availability?
Although we like to advise our customers that internal doors can take between 5-7 days for delivery and external doors 7-10 days we are often able to source our products sooner.
Deposits.
All door orders over £100.00 will be subject to a 15% deposit in advance to cover our subcharges in event of cancellation.
