• Laminate floor 

Laminate flooring is a cost effective floor covering which is available in many styles and colors. One advantage to this type of floor covering is the cost. With the wooden board being veneered with a laminate surface this covering offers the look of a more expensive real wood finish.

•  Engineered wood flooring

 Engineered wood flooring is composed of 3 layers of wood glued together in a cross-grain lamination that makes it very resistant to expansion and contraction from temperature changes and moisture. While thinner than solid wood flooring, engineered wood floors are much more stable and dent-resistant.
